COVID-19 Update

As we face these extraordinary circumstances together, I am writing to inform you of how PHE International (trading as Excite Online Services) is responding.

Currently, PHE International is operational and well-stocked with products, from sex toys to essential personal care products.

Our number one priority is, as always, ensuring the health and safety of our team, customers and wider community.

We are adapting to the changing situation and taking actions in accordance with the latest advice from governments and official health organisations.

Our key actions to date include:

* Making self-isolation mandatory for our office-based staff, and ensuring they are appropriately supported to do so. This includes our Customer Service team who are available to assist with product and order queries via email and LiveChat. 
* Splitting our warehouse team into two non-overlapping shifts.
* Ensuring our work areas, including warehouse packing stations, are frequently sanitised.
* Communicating regularly with our suppliers, logistics partners and others to minimise disruption to our high level of service.

At this stage, same-day dispatch for orders placed Monday to Friday before 2pm AEDT is unaffected. Orders placed after this cut-off time will be dispatched within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

However, please understand that our logistics partners may experience delays due to high demand.

Should any changes introduced by governments affect our ability to remain operational, you will be advised.
