To ensure your privacy, all orders are shipped in unbranded, discreet packaging - either a black mailer bag or a plain cardboard box. There will be no references to the purchased products or our website. For added privacy, the sender's name will appear as PHE International.

We've chosen the most environmental option available to us for packaging and delivery to minimise our impact on the planet. These choices include:

* Using recycled cardboard filler made on site instead of plastic air bags
* Opting for a 50% recycled black mailer bag to be part of the circular resource economy
* Ensuring our mailer bags are reusable once to allow for easy returns or saving you on future packaging purchases
* Ensuring we purchase a 100% recyclable mailer bag

Yes. Unfortunately we haven't found a cardboard mailer that's tough enough to withstand global shipping and weather (read: rain) while keeping your products safe and protecting your discretion. And we hope that when soft plastic recycling is running smoothly all our packaging can be easily recycled. Our packaging is also sourced from environmentally responsible companies and since 2024 supports SeaTrees - restoring ocean and coastal forests to suck carbon out of the atmosphere and combat climate change.
